We inform you that on 4 June 2025, the Official Gazette (Narodne novine – NN 86/2025) published the Ordinance on the Content and Manner of Keeping the Register of Condominium Associations.
This Ordinance regulates:
- the content of the Register of Condominium Associations,
- the method of maintaining the Register,
- forms for the initial registration of each condominium association, and
- forms for subsequent changes to the registered data.
The Register of Condominium Associations will be publicly accessible and will include:
- data from the ZIS system (land registry and cadastre),
- information on the building manager,
- data used as the basis for calculating and collecting the reserve fund,
- details of the special parts of the building and their co-ownership shares.
The aim is to establish a comprehensive database of all buildings, their special parts, and their co-owners in the Republic of Croatia, enabling greater transparency, better oversight, and more efficient management of residential buildings.
For the successful implementation of this Ordinance, cooperation between building managers, co-owners, and representatives of co-owners is essential. All parties will play a role in submitting and confirming the data required
