We inform you that on 4 June 2025, the Official News Paper published the Ordinance on the Content and Manner of Keeping the Register of Property Managers.
Navedenim pravilnikom propisuje se: This ordinance specifies:

The structure and maintenance of the Register of Building Managers (kept electronically by the State Geodetic Administration)

The procedure and conditions for registering a manager, including required forms for initial registration and updates
This Register will serve as the first official, publicly accessible database of all authorized building managers in the Republic of Croatia.
Once building managers are registered, it enables information entry into the Register of Communities of Co-owners, enhancing transparency and oversight over managers, and providing co-owners with access to key data about their buildings and management.
