{"id":1413,"date":"2025-07-18T12:00:31","date_gmt":"2025-07-18T10:00:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gik-services.hr\/zakon\/pravilnik-o-sadrzaju-i-nacinu-vodenja-registra-zajednice-suvlasnika\/"},"modified":"2025-09-05T10:39:37","modified_gmt":"2025-09-05T08:39:37","slug":"pravilnik-o-sadrzaju-i-nacinu-vodenja-registra-zajednice-suvlasnika","status":"publish","type":"zakon","link":"https:\/\/gik-services.hr\/en\/zakon\/pravilnik-o-sadrzaju-i-nacinu-vodenja-registra-zajednice-suvlasnika\/","title":{"rendered":"Ordinance on the Content and Manner of Keeping the Register of Condominium Associations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"127\" data-end=\"329\">We inform you that on <strong data-start=\"149\" data-end=\"164\">4 June 2025<\/strong>, the <em data-start=\"170\" data-end=\"188\">Official Gazette<\/em> (Narodne novine \u2013 <strong data-start=\"207\" data-end=\"221\">NN 86\/2025<\/strong>) published the <strong data-start=\"237\" data-end=\"328\">Ordinance on the Content and Manner of Keeping the Register of Condominium Associations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"331\" data-end=\"358\">This Ordinance regulates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"361\" data-end=\"419\">the content of the Register of Condominium Associations,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"463\">the method of maintaining the Register,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"539\">forms for the initial registration of each condominium association, and<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"596\">forms for subsequent changes to the registered data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"686\">\n<p data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"686\">The Register of Condominium Associations will be publicly accessible and will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"745\">data from the ZIS system (land registry and cadastre),<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"786\">information on the building manager,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"862\">data used as the basis for calculating and collecting the reserve fund,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"942\">details of the special parts of the building and their co-ownership shares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1186\">\n<p data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1186\">The aim is to establish a comprehensive database of all buildings, their special parts, and their co-owners in the Republic of Croatia, enabling greater transparency, better oversight, and more efficient management of residential buildings.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1433\">For the successful implementation of this Ordinance, cooperation between building managers, co-owners, and representatives of co-owners is essential.
