The eCo-owners<\/strong>\u00a0system is designed to provide information to co-owners of buildings managed by the property manager. 1. User Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n During registration, you need to enter your Personal Identification Number (OIB)<\/strong> and e-mail address<\/strong>, while you set your own password. The password must be repeated and must contain:<\/p>\n \n For the registration to be successful, your OIB and e-mail address must already be recorded in the property manager\u2019s database<\/strong>. The e-mail address then becomes the user account<\/strong> used to log in to the system. In this way, the system verifies that the person registering is indeed an authorized co-owner.<\/p>\n Note:<\/strong> If, during verification, the system finds that some of the data (OIB or e-mail) is not recorded in the property manager\u2019s database, a warning will appear indicating the missing data.<\/p>\n 2. Registration Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n After successfully completing the registration, the system will send a message to your e-mail address with the subject: \u201ceCo-owners Registration\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Open the message and make sure to click on the provided link<\/strong>. By doing so, you confirm that you have personally received the message and that the e-mail address indeed belongs to you.<\/p>\n Only after this confirmation will you be able to log in on the eCo-owners login page<\/strong>.<\/p>\n *The mCo-owner service is contracted and activated by the property manager. The cost is covered from the building\u2019s reserve fund and included in the annual management plan.<\/em><\/p>\n
To use the eSuvlasnik system, you first need to complete the registration process<\/strong>. After successful registration, you can log in to the system and use all its functionalities.<\/p>\n\n
