For all reports of complaints, malfunctions, damage, leaks or any other technical issues, as well as your suggestions and remarks, we remain at your disposal. Each report is logged and processed in the shortest possible time to ensure the fastest resolution of the issue. To help us process your report more quickly and efficiently, please attach photographs of the damage, malfunction or situation you are reporting.

Photographs greatly assist in understanding the problem and enable faster resolution, especially in cases where external contractors need to be engaged.

Description of the issue

We recommend that your e-mail includes the following information:

  • the location (entrance, floor, garage, apartment number or another identifier),
  • a brief description of the issue,
  • the date and time the malfunction was noticed,
  • a contact phone number for any follow-up communication.

Emergency situations

For situations that pose a risk to the safety of people or property (flooding, fire, exposed electrical installations, elevator malfunction with persons trapped, etc.), please immediately contact one of our partner companies providing specific emergency intervention services, depending on the type of fault, or the property manager’s emergency number +385 (0)1 3095 724, and subsequently send an email for record-keeping purposes.
