What does eCo-owners provide?
- Basic information about the building
- Information on all properties you own
- Overview of any outstanding or overpaid reserve contributions (debtors’ lists)
- Option to generate a payment order for settling outstanding amounts
- Access to the income and expenses of the building in which you own property
- Reserve fund financial card – overview of the past two years, with filtering by type of cost/income and time period
- Recapitulation of the building’s financial transactions for a selected time frame
- Review and download of important building documents uploaded by the manager (construction/occupancy permit, certificate, etc.)
- Annual maintenance plan/program available for review
- Comparison between planned and actual works
- Submission of proposals and requests to the manager via an online form
- Launching surveys and decision-making processes
- Sending notifications to all co-owners
mCo-owners Access
Advanced functionality of eSuvlasnikPlus includes a mobile application for all co-owners – mSuvlasnik – as well as extended features of the eSuvlasnik system for:
Viewing information about:
- Your apartment, building, building representative, and other co-owners
- Current financial obligations, debts, overpayments, and future charges
- The balance of the building’s joint account and other financial reports
- The list of contracted service providers
Finances and payments:
- Review and payment of reserve fund contributions (if you do not receive payment slips)
- Access to original invoices received through the eInvoice system
- Faster and easier payments via linked banking applications
Communication and notifications:
The building representative and manager can, through the system:
- Send you all important notices
- Launch surveys and pre-decision procedures
You can also:
- Notify neighbors about planned work in your apartment
- Announce noise or other temporary disturbances
NOTE: This service is contracted directly by the building manager and paid from the building’s reserve fund (the manager includes it in the annual management plan).
