Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to inform you that on 24 December 2024, the Law on the Management and Maintenance of Buildings was published in the Official Gazette (Narodne novine No. 152/2024).
The new law, including all amendments, enters into force on 1 January 2025 and introduces a number of changes and updates related to:
- the rights and obligations of co-owners,
- the authority of co-owners’ representatives and building managers,
- the use and maintenance of common parts of the building,
- the decision-making process and the management of the reserve fund.
