Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to inform you that on 24 December 2024, the new Law on Building Management and Maintenance was published (Official Gazette NN 152/2024).
The new law enters into force on 1 January 2025 and introduces a number of amendments and additions concerning:
- the rights and obligations of co-owners,
- the powers of co-owners’ representatives and building managers,
- the use and maintenance of common parts of the building,
- the method of decision-making and the management of the reserve fund.
